Products and personalization

Our jewelry is personalized and made to order. You are responsible for checking that the name, spelling and birthstone you enter are correct. Product photos are illustrative, and colors can vary slightly between screens and finished pieces.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if we can't fulfill it, or if there is an obvious pricing or listing error.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping policy for details.

Returns and refunds

See our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Content you send us

Please don't submit names or words for personalization that are offensive or that infringe someone else's rights. We may refuse and refund such orders.

Liability

We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Governing law

Born Stone is operated from the United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any consumer protections that apply where you live.
