How do I personalize my necklace?
Enter the name or word you'd like (up to 11 characters) and choose a birthstone on the product page before adding to your cart.
Can I change the name after ordering?
Email us right away. We can only make changes if production hasn't started, so please double-check your spelling before you order.
How long does shipping take?
Each necklace is personalized and shipped from Florida, USA. Production takes 3 to 5 business days. Free standard shipping by USPS then takes 2 to 5 days, or you can choose priority shipping by FedEx (1 to 2 days) at checkout. Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll get an email with a tracking link when your order ships.
What is the necklace made from?
Polished stainless steel, with an optional 18k yellow gold finish. The chain adjusts from 16" to 18".
Does it come gift boxed?
Yes. Every necklace arrives in a presentation box, and you can upgrade to the luxury box with a built-in LED light.
Can I return it?
Because each piece is personalized, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it. See our Refund policy.
How do I look after it?
Take it off before showering or swimming, keep it away from perfume and lotions, and wipe it with a soft cloth.
