Made to order

Every necklace is personalized and shipped from our production partner in Florida, USA. Production takes 3 to 5 business days before your order ships.

Shipping within the United States

• Standard (free): 2 to 5 days after dispatch, sent by USPS.
• Priority ($12.99): 1 to 2 days after dispatch, sent by FedEx.

Including production time, most orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks of ordering. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer at busy times of year, so please order early for birthdays and the holidays.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, or it arrives damaged, email bornstone@outlook.com or use our contact page and we'll make it right.
